Code Piece is a FREE! Joomla! Component in which you manage code pieces (snippets), and print them in articles without WYSIWYG and other editors' filtering.

You can keep your snippets such as banners, paypal buttons, standard pieces of code that you would like to use in any article, and then include

{*codepiece id*} (without the stars *)

in your article and the Codepiece plugin replaces it with the code that you have saved (with that specific id)!
