Can you explain installation in step by step form?

In the zip there are three files. I have tried to install the zip and each of the three files yet each time get the message "Unknown Archive Type".

Sure.

1) Download (and save) the extension from this page:

2) Go to your Joomla! site's administrator, to the page Install / Uninstall, under menu Extensions.

3) Browse to the downloaded zip, and click Upload and Install.

4) Go to the Module Manager, under menu Extensions.

5) Find the Module, and click on it, so that you edit its parameters.

6) Find the parameter Mail Recipient, and write your email. Enable and save the module to the desired position.

7) If the Joomla! Mail settings (found in Site->Global Configurations) are correct, according to your host's requirements, you are ready.
