I am currently on 1.0.13 and I just could not get the rapid contact form module up and running.It gives me an error"no xml file found in the package" can anybody please help me with this.what version would suit my site the best?

Please just download again. Sounds like a corrupt download.

what might be going wrong?
Since its the first extension you try to install, it probably has no permissions to export or move the files.
Please check your permissions.
