Installed the component, created quiz and the questions, displays on front-end, but can not get the results box to show and the name and email to show either. I configured it on both the parameters and the menu item and it still does not show.
Issue solved - there was no fail percentage set for the specific quiz.
Remember SimpleQuiz users, 0% fail percentage is for reviews.
