I have seen this happen before. The module class suffix is a parameter not applied by NS Pro, but rather by Joomla! code. The problem you have is usually a template error. Can you try using it with another template? (If you can't change your template because the site is live, you can always write it in the url: www.yoursite.com/index.php?template=none This will render your site with the default joomla template. This way you can apply your css and try it out for NS Pro and all other extensions)
