hello,

 i use actually for a utf8 language website ( thai ) and for user name export / import in exel file, its wrong, i have strange character when encoding is not good...

Do you get strange characters on your excel file which is exported, or in the joomla administrator when you import?

 I have strange character in excel. In back office all is ok.

Hello,

 This is the csv. In excel it give bad character but if u open it with notepad, u can read ... But completly unuse in notepad ...

 Also as u see between column we have , ( coma ), excel dont work with it, maybe it could be better with ";" ...

OK,  forget all below.. I just try it with another excel with thai language installed and it woks very well ! :p
