I wanted to take a look at the statistics, but seems like it's not working. I've send 1 newsletter to over 4000 subscribers and I included the {image:white} tag in the source code of the newsletter.

When I open the toolkit and look at the tab statistics I only get 'Email Opening Pie Not Generated' and a link to see 'more detailed statistics' but there's nothing when I click on it.

How can I solve this?

And I was also wondering if it is possible to see in the statistics how many times a link is clicked on (eg. a link to a joomla article) in the newsletter.

Well, the tag that should be included is {img:white} (not {image:white} )

If the tag was correctly included, the statistics will start working as soon as you have opened newsletters.

Tracking link clicks is a feature that will be included, soon.

My mistake in the posting, there was {img:white} in the newsletter. Statistics page is just empty, no error code, just nothing...
