Hello. It is quite easy in Joomla to show a component alone on a page.

You can try an <iframe src="/yoursite.com/index.php?option=com_nspro&tmpl=component">

You can style that page using 

div.nspro and all the classes below (inputbox textarea etc)

i did this and enabled my plugin.. the subscription form is working fine. and at the top of the page an error is showing 2 times like this

Are you using Joomla 1.5 or 1.7?
