i have changed this in the module, but the emails still stated from Rapid Contact Ex
any ideas please.

From what I understand, the emails you receive still appear from the default email. Do you use the module or the component page?
I used the component to set up the questions and the module for display

You should change the mail from of Rapid Contact Ex in the module manager, in the module's parameters.
Have you done that yet?
