Just wondering if this is a possibility: I want to have multiple (different) forms in my site. I understand that we can have multiple modules but they all use the same fields as dictated in the component. I was wondering could it be possible to rename the component and upload it twice? So you have two components and two different forms?

Well, this has been tried by users in the past.

It won't do you any good unless you change all the table declarations (to use another table), and you need to change all major files (which contain a class).

Example:

RapidContactExViewDefault class should become

NewRPXNameViewDefault 

I believe that if you do those, it might actually work. But it's nowhere near easy.

Although, what has been done with success in the past is set two different modules (by clicking on New and selecting Rapid Contact Ex), to use the same form but with different recipients on other parts of the website.

(For example, in the forums part, the forums@site.com will receive the query)
