Using Rapid Contact Ex from a Menu item.  Email is not being sent.  anything I need to know about setup that could cause this issue?

Well, you should probably check your Joomla! Mail Settings, found in the Global Configuration of your site.

To complete these fields, you might need your host's assistance.

I'm having the same problem. I checked my Global config settings.  And I run a virtual host.  So I know that things are working on that end.  I am using Rapid Contact with Pixelpointcreative's side slider (Vital template) at www.eindod.org.

Please advise.

Hello. I suppose you are trying with Rapid Contact, that's the forum for the Ex version, the commercial one.

Anyway. You should make sure the site is indeed sending messages.

If it is, then you should check if the Mail From Name and Email in the Rapid Contact parameters match the ones in your Joomla Mail Settings.

Moreover, you should make sure Rapid Contact posts itself correctly, by checking if the "Thank you for your message" message appears.
