Hello!

I got the free version of NS module.. Put it in my site and everything seems to work, i got the conformation message as well..

The problem is i just dont receive any mail.. I changed a lot in the parameters after i read all the feedback on this page but nothing  really helps..

I feel like i've tried everything and dont know where to go from here..

Thanks for posting here.

You probably need to configure your Joomla Mail Settings.

Those are found in the Global Configuration of your site.

Can you please ask your host for smtp connection details and set them there?

Then, you should just use the same Mail From as in the Joomla Mail Settings, and set the Email Recipient to your email.

Because im still busy developing the site im still running it from the localhost.. Could this be the reason why its not working?

In global configuration "mailer" setting is set to "PHP mail function"

"mail from" is temporary set to my own mail, which is the same as the mail recipient in the module parameter.

SMTP host is set to "localhost"

The idea is that i can see if its working while im developing the site..but obviously i have to change the whole thing when its running from the clients server right?

Of course, that's the case.

You can create an email account on the client's server, and you can communicate to that, using the SMTP settings, by connecting to mail.theclientdomain.com with the user data.

You might need to ask the hosting provider for security and authentication details.

Otherwise, it might just work as it is when you move it to the server.
