Hi,

I'd like to use the Rapid Contact extension for customers to send me an email to order something.  Can I put any default information in the message box - like name, address, quantity, etc. - so they make sure they provide all the information that I need?

Hello. Yes, you certainly can, but in code.

You can open modules/mod_rapid_contact/mod_rapid_contact.php

and find the lines that say

$CORRECT_SUBJECT = '';

$CORRECT_MESSAGE = '';

That's an initialization. You can change those values to whatever you want, and it will appear as the default value.
