I am getting an error on my site for the contact form, it says
Your message could not be sent. Please try again
I can't seem to get this working. I have changed the sent from email address to admin@wendysnews.co.uk but that does not seem to have done anything.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Have you configured your joomla mail settings?
Those can be found in the Global Configurations, under "Site" menu in the back-end.
To complete those, you might need help from your host.
