I setup the module with a person e-mail account as the Email Recipient and it worked fine. User received thank you message and subscription e-mail was sent.  Odd think is when I switch it to an e-mail address with the same domain name as the site it appears to try to re-direct to a non-existent page after submission. 

The site page is: http://www.softairusa.com/J1.5/en/contact-us

With recipient set to: myaddress@gmail.com it works just fine

With recipient set to: myaddress@softairusa.com it appears to try to redirect after submission

With recipient set to: myaddress@softairusaZZZ.com it submits just fine (but the address is bogus so no e-mail is received)

Any thoughts?

Great little module for capturing subscriptions.  If get some subscribers we'd definately go Pro.

Well, it is definite that NS will only redirect using the target page of the form, with the parameters that you give to it. No way that it will redirect after submitting the form.

Could you possibly mail me at mavrosxristoforos@gmail.com and tell me:

which gmail address is it set now, which email address do you want to set it to, and if possible, I would appreciate a temporary admin account to check on it.

I haven't tracked down the issue, but I'm 99.9% sure it isn't related to NS.  I'm thinking there is something set on the server that picks up the domain name in the POST and redirects it. Possibly like a 404 redirect.  There is no .htaccess file, so I just can't tell where it is happening...

Todd, if the form's target url is the correct one, then it is something with the server.

You might need to ask your host..
