upload number of subscribers was created by fabio

when I create a new newsletter and choose the mailing lists to send to, the total number of selected subscribers does not appear and while the wheel loads the opening of the newsletter slows down and does not allow you to send it .... how can I solve?

problem solved, i had an old version of mysql. i did upgrade to version 5.7 and the problem is solved
