Importing subscriber file extra fields not working

Hi Just purchased NS Pro newsletter componenet.  Upon first use I like what i see. However I want to import a small list (25 names) to the subscriber list. I've followed the format example either as a txt or csv file, but I have the following issue.

I created extra fields (stakeholderGroup, firstname, lastname,title, company).  I retrieved the import example for both file format and the Extra fields will not import.  The date and full name, email and mailing list import just fine.  # The # sign indicates a comment line.
# Name;Email;DateTime;Confirmed;Mailing Lists;StakeholderGroup;FirstName;LastName;Title;Company;
# Actual Data Starts Below
Christopher Mavros;example@mavrosxristoforos.com;2010-12-27 10:32;True;1,2,3,4;"Example Value";"Example Value";"Example Value";"Example Value";"Example Value";My listing:
fullname;email;2022-11-4 12:00:00;1;4;groupname;firstname;lastname;title;company

Please let me know where I am going wrong.  Thanks

I have just fixed this issue with importing extra fields and released version 3.0.2308 which includes the fix.

Hi I just tried to update my program and I keep getting this error message. I've used the same email as instructed in the updater section

You should be able to update now. Your order had been unpublished when your subscription was cancelled.
I have re-enabled it now.
I have also deleted the attachment of your post as it contained sensitive information.
