Hello, Christopher

Thank you for your reply again. Now I understand. I was doing it right but your previous response confused me alittle bit.
OK, I am able to change the order of tables and import everything I need.

I have created extra fields in NS Pro and I understand these are independent from joomla extra fields. That is perfectly clear.
Now I have been playing with extra fields and I have  checked the box Show in Subscriber Manager to YES.
After that I did erase some of extra fields but they still remains visible on Subscriber Manager.
Also I would like to reorder these extra fields but it seems imposible to set custom order or change ID so the can appear exactly as needed.

Again, thank you for your marvelous support.

Well, if they are still visible, this means that you haven't completely deleted them.
You have only trashed them. To empty your trash, click on search tools, select status and selected "Trashed".
This will show the trashed items, and then you can select them and click Empty Trash.

You can re-order these fields using the Joomla standard way of sorting by the "ordering" column and re-arranging with drag-and-drop.
Here's how it's done.
Click on the first column's header, which shows two arrows.
After doing so, the three dots/lines on the left of each item become available.
Then, you can just drag the extra fields around to your desired order.

Hope this helps.

Yes, you are right I forgot this, my bad. I have erased some extra fields and they do not show anymore on the manager, that work flawlessly.

Yes, this is what I tried to do, but three lines ( on joomla 4) remains grey and I can not activate them clicking on the first column´s header. I was clicking over two arrows, on the space surrending two arrows but nothing happens.
I thought this function wasn´t implemented in this case or was deactivated some way. If that´s not the case I do not know why it is not working.
Also this ordering functionality works perfectly on ordering Mailing Lists but it does not work on Extra Fields that´s weird.

You are right. I have fixed that now and issued an update.
Please update to the latest version and the lines will become black so that you can re-arrange the fields.
Let me know if you need any further assistance!

Hello, Christopher

I have downloaded the NS Pro again, but it still does not allow for extra fields ordering. The version I am able to download is NS Pro 3.0.2338.

Finally I have updated from Extensions update directly in Joomla and now ordering works.

Thank you.
