Problem with subscription was created by Apostolos

Hello,
I have created a Newsletter Subscription module in my homepage.
I made some tests but no email has been sent to me (admin).
Although I have put my email to "Admin Notification Email" area in Components ---> NS Pro ---> Options.
Also, when the subscriber hit the link (in your email) to complete his subscription, this message is diplayed:
"#CERR1: There was a problem with completing your subscription."
So, right now the module doesn't work properly.
Could you help me please?

Hello Apostolos and thank you for posting.

This problem usually comes up when NS Pro cannot send emails. Please check your Joomla Mail Settings, according to the FAQ, Common Problems, question 1. (FAQ: http://mavrosxristoforos.com/support/faq/nspro-faq)
